Hihi!!

Jas dear, i know i have neglected my little bloggie for a long long time. Will strive to post as much as I can and keep everyone updated.



My 3 months probation at F&C finally came to an end on Dec 17. My manager gave me the appraisal form a week before that and asked me to sign. As some of you may know, I have been contemplating to submit my resignation letter to my Financial Controller aka FC. Been tired of the extra workload given by the "head" to fill the empty vacancy of 1 accounts assistant and 1 accounts officer. During that tiring 2 weeks, I have been diligently OT-ing everyday. Became quite haggard after that. When the new AO came, HQ payment stuff was still "subcontracted" to me. Really annoying coz I kept doing HQ payment for that 2 weeks and ended up not having time to do my own outlets payment. Rush like mad lo. Very buay song. Attiude a bit changed during work... became more irritated at little stuffs and keep making snide comments which shocked and surprised my colleagues. But they took it as a joke, which is what I am glad of.

Back to the matter, I went to ask my manager if I sign = confirm or not coz I intend to resign. *yeah... I'm quite frank...* And then she sat down with me to talk about this issue, asking me if there's anything I'm not happy with.. anything to share with her.. blah blah blah... which i did. She's a really nice lady and everyone really likes her a lot. And then a day or 2 later... I went into the FC's room to request her signature on some invoices which she had previously left out and ended up sitting inside for 1 hour plus just before lunch. My colleagues so funny sia... thought i went missing and really concerned about me once they knew i was in the FC's room. *FC is known to be long-winded and once a person step in... the person can stay in there for more than 1 hour* And yeah... in my case... i think should be around 1 hour 15 minutes? Never really went to time coz I dare not even look at my watch to bioh the time. She said a lot of things.. but out of the 100% she said.. I think i only listen to about 5-10%. The rest of the time? Sleeping with my eyes wide open.

But in the end I was confirmed as a perm staff. *Pops party poppers* Not much different. Still that much workload. But one thing to mention is that I started going home almost on the dot. Give or take half an hour. After that miserable 2 weeks, I feel that rest is important since my brain is officially on hiatus at around 5 plus. No point staying till 10pm when I cannot do as much. Might as well rest.

New accounts officer Charlenne is not bad. Actually everyone in the finance department is not bad lo. Can click. Go lunch together, have fun, say nonsense, joke around, fool around. My trainer, Weiming, teaches me everything I need to know (almost) and really went all out to help me when i encounter any problem. My accounts officer (last day Dec 31), Tim - really scared of him in the beginning coz he's damn fierce and likes to scold and shout at the ex-accounts assistant Cron. (Last day - somewhere mid nov). Got to know him a bit better during the 2 weeks when i was doing the HQ payment. Got problem can ask him also. he'll solve for me.. hmm... maybe not solve for me lah.. just guide me lo. since i ended up doing everything. Another accounts officer, Raymond aka the talented. Really pro lo! Everything he also know. Sibei good. Lily, AO, - nice lady to talk with. Really have fun around her and Celine, another AO. Ahhh... good to have someone my age... Jessia, AA, just like me. Weiming always call her ah lian coz her attiude really special. watching the two of them sparring with words is interesting. A new AA came just last week to replace Cron. Finally.... shocked to know he's just 21.... Even younger than me and jessia. He's the xiao didi in our office. Youngest! Muahahahs..

Looks as if i am introduing everyone in the office. hahas.. Working with them is enjoyable. They are the reason I am staying behind and "ren" as much as I can. ^_^

But it's surprising that I can communicate with them well, esp the guys. Well.. I am shy by nature de mah. You dunno meh? Heh... Talking with all of them is really fun. So right now.. I am enjoying every moment.
