Yea!!! Finally finished the baking today afternoon. A bit over-baked the first batch but the next two batch are fine. Coz I don't have the electric mixer so ended up beating the butter and the sugar manually and it took a long half an hour to beat it to "light and fluffy". =.= Haha.. So the biscuits ended up a bit lumpy.. coz dun have the electric mixer mah!! If you wanna try ahx.. think better go buy some biscuits on your own la.. I wanna finish it on my own. Haha!
Yesterday night only manage to do one full OIS tutorial questions.. Quite taxing lor.. Coz have to search for the answers. Sigh.. That means I have to do 3 today to make up for yesterday? But I'm quite lazy today leh and feeling very tired for no reason... Maybe I've fallen sick? Haha.. XD Anyway, I shouldn't think so much before I go to sleep lah. I can think about anything and everything on my bed before I actually fall asleep. >.< Sigh.. Can I carry on this way? XD I hope I am not reading too much into the messages and all that and thinking of the wrong things. I'm kinda feeling lonely nowadays.. ^^" Ok.. Shh... I go sleep liao since there's no one to chat with... >.< Then tml can wake up early to study a bit before going to the campus at queenstown in the evening for lessons. Nighty-night!!
